Article 2

Subject and Scope

These GTC govern all commercial relationships between We Support Business («Service Provider») and any professional client («Client») in connection with customer relationship outsourcing, administrative and operational support, telephone reception, prospecting campaigns and virtual assistance. Any signed quote constitutes full acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3

Contract Formation

The contract is formed upon signature of the quote and receipt of the agreed deposit. Any change in scope requires a written amendment signed by both parties.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are in euros, exclusive of VAT. A deposit of 20% is required before any service begins. Invoices are payable upon receipt by bank transfer. Late payment triggers penalty interest plus a flat fee of €40 per unpaid invoice.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps all sensitive information strictly confidential. This obligation survives contract termination for 3 years.

Article 8

Personal Data Protection

The Service Provider processes personal data solely for contract performance, in compliance with GDPR and Luxembourg law, and undertakes to delete or return all data upon contract termination.

Article 9

Liability

The Service Provider is subject to a best-efforts obligation. Its liability is limited to amounts actually received under the contract. Indirect damages and consequential losses are excluded.

Article 10

Term, Termination and End of Contract

The contract takes effect upon receipt of the deposit. In the event of a serious breach not remedied within 15 days of written notice, the other party may terminate the contract. All amounts due remain payable.

Article 11

Intellectual Property

Scripts, methods and deliverables developed by the Service Provider remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client receives a non-exclusive licence for the duration of the contract.

Article 12

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Luxembourg law. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Article 13

General Provisions

If any clause is declared void, the remaining clauses remain in force. The applicable version is the one in force at the date of signature of the quote.
